  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 daysof receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.
  • Certain items (e.g., clearance items, personalized or customized products, and gift cards) are not eligiblefor return or refund.

  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business daysafter we receive your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please email us for assistance.

Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once the order has shipped, you must follow the standard return process.
